Elizabeth Roberson

Elizabeth Roberson is a California Attorney licensed by the State Bar of California.  Elizabeth practices in the areas of Tax, Estate Planning, Business Entity Formation, and Contract Drafting and Negotiations.

Prior to joining our firm, Elizabeth worked with a financial services company where she represented the company’s clients before the Internal Revenue Service and several of the state taxing authorities throughout the nation.  She maintained excellent customer service while managing a heavy case load.  Elizabeth successfully negotiated Offer in Compromise settlements on behalf of her clients, and she has also obtained successful results through audit representation, audit reconsideration, innocent spouse relief, partial pay installment agreements, installment agreements, and penalty abatement for her clients.  Elizabeth always strives to go above and beyond for her clients.  Because of Elizabeth’s work ethic and tenacity, she has achieved successful results where other companies have failed.
